I will definitely book this same room again!
IMPORTANT NOTICE ------ As of my current stay in this unit, September 1, 2019, SMDC management has made it so that each room can only service a maximum of 4 PEOPLE. If there are more than 4 people, the extra heads that will stay in the same room will have an additional charge of PHP 500. I initially booked this place for a group of 5 and it is even listed on the property description that it is a room for 5-6 people, however, just recently SMDC has enacted the new rule that I have just stated above and this post has not been updated yet, based on my current stay. I am leaving this note for future reference so that groups larger than 4 can be aware of this rule for SMDC Wind Residences. MY REVIEW-------------------- The whole place was great! Super clean and super well maintained. The pictures alone can not express or properly display how spacious the place is. My group and I comprised of 5 people. To be honest, this place is perfect for maximum 4 people, but there is one mattress that you can lay down on the floor for just one person. The bathroom is really clean and properly maintained. The kitchen is packed with utilities to use for cooking, just bring your own ingredients. FREE WIFI was perfect as well as the extension cord that was tucked away in a drawer. We only stayed for one night but it was a really good experience and we all loved the room. There are a lot of other restaurants and convenient stores nearby so accessing food and other needs was not a problem. For those concerned with parking, you may park at the OPEN PARKING located behind the CLUBHOUSE for PHP 150 for multiple entry and PHP 100 for single entry. Will definitely book this place again! The host was really kind and really helped us out a lot with all the things we needed. I really appreciate your effort in making our experience in your unit definitely worth it!
I did not have any issues with the place at all. As you can see in my positive review section I loved the place. However, if there was one thing that I would like to point out is that, since we are a group of 5, we did not have enough blankets for all of us which was quite troublesome because it gets really cold because of the AC. There were some ants that came in from the veranda window but that is probably because they smelled the food that was located in the trash bin near the window.. so you need to be careful about this.
